AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues

Apple has determined that a small percentage of AirPods Pro may experience sound issues. Affected units were manufactured before October 2020. An affected AirPods Pro may exhibit one or more of the following behaviors:

  • Crackling or static sounds that increase in loud environments, with exercise or while talking on the phone
  • Active Noise Cancellation not working as expected, such as a loss of bass sound, or an increase in background sounds, such as street or airplane noise

We want to advise everyone that A.LAB has taken extensive measures to ensure that we remain “business as usual” during the extended circuit breaker.

Due to the current situation of COVID-19, you may experience minimal delays due to mandatory contact recording and temperature screening at our concierge — we seek your understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Frontline team members are provided masks and hand sanitisers, and are required to take their temperature at least twice a day. Additional steps including maximising interpersonal space at work and extra cleaning are in place to protect our team and you.

Whilst additional safe distancing measures are in place, service is by appointment only.
